Who is behind Easy-Ebox

What happens to your messages

Easy-Ebox checks the channels you have connected, e-Box Enterprise and MyMinfin, and forwards every new message to the email address you have set yourself. The document goes along as an attachment.

Easy-Ebox does not create an additional archive of the content of your messages. Your messages stay in e-Box Enterprise and arrive in your own mailbox as well, and those are the two places where they belong.

Which data we need

To make the service work we need your contact details, the details of the company you use the service for, and your settings: which channels are connected and which type of message goes to which address.

We use that data to deliver the messages to the right place and to contact you about the service itself. It is not sold and not used for third-party advertising.

Who sees your data

Access stays limited to what is needed to deliver and support the service. For the technical operation we rely on suppliers, for example for hosting and for sending email. Those suppliers process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep anything

We keep your account and your settings for as long as you use the service. If you cancel, we no longer need that data, apart from what we are legally required to keep, for example for the accounts.

The messages themselves sit in your own mailbox after forwarding. What happens to them there and how long they stay is decided by your own policy, not by ours.

Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted and to object to certain processing. You exercise those rights by mailing us at info@easy-ebox.be. If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

The contact form

What you fill in on the contact page is delivered by email to info@easy-ebox.be, so that we can answer your question. It is not stored on this website and there is no database behind this form.

Cookies and measurement

Since 23 August 2026, this website uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit, which pages they read and which search brought them here. We use that to improve the site, not to recognise you personally.

It happens only if you explicitly agree at the bottom of the page. As long as you choose nothing, or if you say no, Google Analytics is not loaded, no cookies are placed and no data goes to Google. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can clear it by deleting the site data for easy-ebox.be.

Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Limited. If you agree, Google sees your IP address and your browsing on this site.
